lumpiang sungaw (shanghai)

ingredients:

minced pork = boiled and drained
carrots = sliced and diced
onion = chopped to pieces
garlic = crushed & chopped with
all your might

chinese parsley
spring roll wrapper
salt & pepper to taste

method:

throw everything into the hot wok.
wait until all ingredients are cooked.
drain & leave to cool.
wrap and roll nicely with the spring roll wrapper.
deep fry until golden brown.
